The Use of Water Borders and the Good Neighborliness Principle

Abstract


The use of Romania's water border for economic activities, navigation, recreation, fishing, bathing, beach, shopping, and animal shelter is established by the local authorities, with the prior consent of the territorial units of border police and ensuring fully compliance of the internal and international laws and of the good neighborliness principle.
