Abstract

The general principles of management are valid in any institution, but the specific aspects of the structures within police impose a different approach due to the structural particular aspects, such as: the organisational climate, the complexity of the missions, the relationships between seniors and juniors, the specific liability which rises whenever the given disposals are not performed with maximum of efficiency, the stake being incomparable greater than in any other organisation. We need to know and apply the notions of the management and managerial communication, so that to fulfil these desiderata.
