Abstract

In matters of contraventions there is the idea that one can legislate anyway and as much, even if would reach to some sort of legislative "inflation", that is, after the examination of legal documents, we found that each issuer figured that his approach would not be complete and able to be applied, if the offenses are not regulated as contraventions, for the hypothesis of  non-compliance with the enact rules. For this reason, our approach will focus on the legal concept of the contravention.
