Abstract


The managerial communication is an instrument by means of which, the manager exercises its specific attributions: prevision, stimulating, o rganization, coordination, control and evaluation.
The scope of the managerial communication is correct and efficient information, in order to achieve within optimum conditions internal and external requirements of the company, as per the managerial and organizational objectives established.
