What Culture Should Represent for International Relations
Abstract
This paper is not a conventional one, on the contrary, is an atypical one. It doesn’t present the author’s points of view (except the conclusions), but, to be more persuasive, he quotes some very important personalities of the world of arts, culture and literature. Everything appears to be so clear,
that he could say: No comment ! But the author of this article goes away, he concludes every quotation of the most important personalities invited to speak (so to say) and puts away some very interesting ideas, very rarely expressed. One could say it took a certain amount of courage for him to
do it…, but someone has to do it, finally! The style of this paper is remarkably colloquial and attractive, it’s worth reading it.
