Le Système Européen De Protection Des Droits De L’homme
Abstract
This article examines the status of the Romanian policy regarding the protection of human rights dealing with issues of ratification by Romania of the international treaties on human rights, the national legislation in this domain and some aspects regarding the way these rules are applied by the court. Also, this approach outlines a omprehensive image of the current protection system of human rights, established at an international level. This action is accomplished on three levels of analysis: a foray into the history of conceptual and institutional development of human rights, the content presentation of the reference documents adopted at the universal and regional level, and also the knowledge of their implementation and control mechanisms.
