The Role of Multiculturalism in the Process of Forming Junior pupils Design Thinking as a Fundamental Premise of the Organization of their Creative Activity

Abstract


The article clarifies the pedagogical content of the notion "design", which is seen as a kind of creative activity, aimed at creating comfortable and aesthetically expressive of the subject environment, which most fully meets the aesthetic and intellectual inquiries of the child and reveals his creative personality. Proven that design thinking is a process mediated by a generalized reflection of artistic activities in the course of its analysis and synthesis, is based on the creation of a subjective identity of a new product through engineering design activities, artistic design to create aesthetic and functional properties of the subject environment. One of the directions of realization of the goals is to attract younger students to the heritage of the folk decorative-applied arts, its customs and traditions. Moreover, highly spiritual aesthetization of Ukrainian culture can be traced in almost every region of Ukraine, is no exception and the Ukrainian Danube region. The author's vision of the concept of "design activity" of pupils of primary school age, which is treated as a creative activity aimed at understanding the child objects of social reality as values, self-directed development of integrated knowledge and skills in the field of the environment, design culture, the development of intrinsic motivation as a basis for the expression of creative individuality and mastery of the content of design excellence.
