The article is devoted to disclosing the nature and specificity of multicultural education of youth in the regional context of the Ukrainian Lower Danube. Particular attention is paid to the specification of guiding principles and methods of multicultural education of youth, taking into account the ethnic characteristics of locals of the Ukrainian Lower Danube Region. The conditions and factors of optimization of gender relations of boys and girls with respect to improving the forms of their socialization and employment, as well as professional fulfillment in the context of the European integration prospects.
