Abstract

This study is a brief introduction in that the theorists call ˝the conflict management˝. These are among the most useful directions specialists can use to tackle organization life disrupting conflicts. The study presents theoretical aspects highlighting communication methods to minimize conflicts and turn them into tools to ensure organizations apply them to create new developing opportunities.
