Arsith Mirela

Abstract

In case of the formal communication, the official organizational standards and structures are those which establish the organizational exchanges between the members of the organization, then in the informal communication, the psychological human needs, the frequency of the direct contacts between the members take precedence. The complexity of the informal connections is, sometimes, more extended and more powerful than the stiff and limited structure of the formal communication. In the informal communication, the information circulates in all ways and directions passing over the hierarchical knots.
