Comunicarea şi cultura organizaţională
Abstract
The performance of an organization depends on how efficiently managers use the elements specific to an organizational culture through the medium of communication. The organizational communication is a combination of conscious and unconscious, rational and irrational or individual and mass human elements, among which there are numerous inter-conditionings which influence the functionality and performances of the organization. The approach based on the organizational culture allows the identification of the human-kind elements within the firm, which have implications upon its activity, ensures some further knowledge, understanding and fundament of decisions and has a major impact upon functionality and performances.
