Abstract

The 21st century can be rightfully entitled "the century of communication". Today we could not by no means imagine a society without mobile phones, internet or else anything labeled as communication - as a process. The technical literature in the field defines communication as "the fundamental characteristic of the human being, expressing the universal element, and which is different from communication considered as a set of instruments, i.e. those proper tools, techniques and technologies that simplify and amplify the individual - group -oriented process of communication.
