Managerial Characteristics in Critical Situations Romania’s Participation within NATO at Managing Crises

Abstract


The defining marks of the thesis regard the creation of new scientific premises, that should structure the approached issue – crises management by relating it to the present international context
coordinates. The suggested approach has the purpose of establishing the elements which define crisis and of highlighting specific issues in the crisis management process (including in what the states’
participation at maintaining peace operations and multinational operations deployed in different theatres of war). In the effort of organising such a scientifical background, we have tried to realize
clear, concise delimitations, by the research method – the study and analysis of the determinant factors and conflicts. Thus, we have disclosed the characteristics of the situation and crisis state, the requirements and the stages in the crises situation management process, its characteristics,
customizing the circumstances which contribute to planning the answers and establishing the moments favourable to the abolishment of the crisis or preserving it in a balance that should allow subsequent diffuses.
