Abstract

The paper makes ample references to issues relating to the object and the cause of the individual contract of employment, professional training/perfecting with the determination of the general and individual requirements of training and retraining, through formulas. What makes this work different of other research is that there are specified the coefficients of classification for each activity that is practiced in Romania by applying the triad: training / job requirements / minimum wage. So it reaches the conclusion that the connection object /cause of the individual contract of employment is closely related to the professional forming/ training of staff, while doing useful activities, and to the conduct of the employer remuneration/worker’s pay.
