Le Nouveau Cadre Administratif Institué par le Traite Etablissant une Constitution pour L'Europe
Abstract
The Constitutional Traditions of the Member States represent a decisive element at the appearance of a European administrative law. Much of the principles of administrative law are mentioned in the Treaty, establishing a Constitution for Europe. The principals concern on the one hand, the Union’s institutions work, and on the other hand are directly applicable in Member States. They constitute the general principles governing administrative actions within the Union, even if there are presented numerous differences that exist between Member States.
