L’information et la Participation du Public aux Décisions Concernant l’Environnement
Abstract
The achievement of the fundamental human right to a healthy environment involves public participation in the elaboration and application of the environmental decisions. An important contribution to the development of the significance of principle at a European level had The Aarhus Convention (1993), concerning the public access to information, the participation in decision making and access to the environmental justice.
