Educational Standards: Conceptual and Methodological Delimitations
Abstract
The Educational standards represent the status document indicating the standards necessary
to achieve learning through the study of academic subjects. These standards reflect the social
expectations about what we should know and determine the students to achieve a certain level of
education in a certain domain of study. The standards represent a resource, a document that informs
students, teaching staff, parents and others involved in the development and education of the child.
