Abstract

The article is analyzing the professional culture of the manager of education of the interdisciplinary problem. The cultural aspect of the teacher’s education is actual. The cycle of the professional culture depends not only from the educational technologies, depends also from the cultural traditions and intellectual potential of the individual. Professional culture is a collection of qualities of the personality: the collection of intellectual, spiritual, creative abilities, positive experiences which contribute the effectively and efficiently to solve professional tasks. For education’s manager is important to obtain the "intellectual culture" or "culture of intelligence demonstration". Intelligence is an important factor of successful professional activity of the manager of education. The intellectual potential of the manager of education is considered as main component of his professional culture.
