Abstract
A multicultural environment is an important factor and development of national originality of all ethnos of culture. A theory and practice of education of children of preschool age in a multicultural environment envisage the study of the pedagogical prospects, conditioned by cultural national differences and the conflict, that arise up in connection with differences in traditions, customs, stereotypes of thinking of representatives of different ethnic associations, sent to overcoming. The process of mastering of values and experience of culture of people of region is examined in determination of tasks and maintenance of education of children, where a child lives, with priority of culture of her nationality.
