The Ukrainian Southern Bessarabia Dialects of Artsyz District Odessa Region
Abstract
The article deals with the dialects of the newest formation spread between the Danube and the Dniester rivers, which dominate on this territory exactly in Artsyz district. These dialects have not been characterized on the previous stage of investigation (in 60-th of XX century), because they are a rather difficult object for traditional dialectology. Due to a new methodology which takes into consideration transformed for resettlement dialects renewed research procedures, the author had succeed in illustrating and classifying them.
