Determination as a Component of Dialect Texts in Ukrainian Dialects of Danube Region

Irina Tsyganok

Abstract

In modern linguistics naive and everyday concepts are regarded as correlates of cultural concepts. The difference between them lies in the fact that the empirical patterns manifest themselves in everyday conversation practice, literary and dialectal speech, so as the cultural one – in history, religion and culture. It is possible to give them an explanation through cultural commentary or primitive definition. Spontaneously formulated definition depends on the level of education of the speaker, the degree of awareness of the content of their concepts, oratorical skills. For the Ukrainian Danube dialects the empirical determination is typical. It is formed on the basis of contextual descriptions, synonyms, hyponyms, elementary complex sentence.
